This article struck me as an important one for this blog - what kind of thinker are you? It helps you to evaluate yourself and team members so that you can work together more effectively. Not many "self-assessment" tools focus on this and so you may find this valuable to manage yourself and the group. It's an easy 3 step thought process to arrive at your "thinking profile". Use it to energize yourself and your team by knowing who likes to think about/act on certain pieces of the project.
